Punta Gorda Nature Park, a 21-acre oasis in the Punta Gorda Isles neighborhood, features pine palmetto forests and salt marsh habitats. It includes a multi-use trail, an observation deck and outdoor recreational areas. The park staff works with volunteers to enhance the space, offering educational outdoor training and nature lectures.
